The posting

Vi söker två Konsulterande arborister till Trafikverket.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag där resurs 1 har stationeringsort i Luleå och resurs 2 har stationeringsort i Umeå.

Tjänstens omfattning är cirka 25–50 %

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Uppdraget

Som konsulterande arborist ansvarar du för Trafikverkets allé- och trädrelaterade frågor inom underhållsregion Norra. Rollen innebär att självständigt planera, utreda och handlägga ärenden kopplade till alléer och solitära träd samt fungera som specialiststöd till projektledning, konsulter och entreprenörer. Du ansvarar för bedömningar av trädens säkerhet, vitalitet och risker, tar fram beslutsunderlag och åtgärdsförslag samt säkerställer att lagkrav och hänsyn till natur-, kultur- och miljövärden efterlevs. Arbetet omfattar både fältarbete och administrativa uppgifter samt nära samverkan med myndigheter, entreprenörer och övriga miljöspecialister inom Trafikverket.

Arbetsuppgifter

Ansvara för analyser, inventeringar och tillståndsbedömningar av alléer och solitära träd samt prioritera åtgärds- och restaureringsinsatser

Bedöma trädens säkerhet, vitalitet och risker samt ta fram rekommendationer och åtgärdsförslag

Upprätta kartunderlag, tekniska beskrivningar, mängdförteckningar och övriga beslutsunderlag inför alléåtgärder

Vara specialiststöd till projektledning, entreprenörer och underhållsverksamhet vid arbeten som påverkar alléträd samt hantera akuta ärenden

Ansvara för myndighetskontakter, dispensansökningar inom biotopskyddet och dialog med länsstyrelser samt andra externa intressenter

Medverka vid möten, platsbesök, syner, besiktningar och uppföljning av skötsel-, underhålls- och restaureringsåtgärder

Ta fram underlag inför driftupphandlingar, bevaka alléintressen i olika ärenden, rapportera utförda åtgärder och förvalta Trafikverkets information om alléer

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Högskoleexamen alt yrkesutbildning inom någon av följande: Arborist, landskapsarkitekt eller motsvarande som beställaren bedömer likvärdig.

Certifiering som arborist enligt ISA eller European tree worker eller motsvarande utbildning eller certifiering som beställaren bedömer likvärdig.

Certifiering enligt TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment Qualification) eller QTRA (Quantified Tree Risk Assessment).

God kunskap om lagstiftning kopplad till träd och alléer.

Dokumenterat goda kunskaper inom bedömning av säkerhet, vitalitet och risker kopplade till träd inom väginfrastrukturen.

Dokumenterat goda kunskaper inom bedömning av biologiska, kulturhistoriska och sociala värden hos alléer och solitära träd inom väginfrastrukturen.

Inom de senaste 3 åren ha utfört minst 3 inventeringar och utredningar i fält av alléer kopplade till väginfrastrukturmiljöer med avseende på säkerhet, vitalitet och risker.

Inom de senaste 3 åren ha tagit fram minst 2 restaurerings- och åtgärdsplaner för alléer inom väginfrastrukturen.

Erfarenhet av att hantera myndighetsärenden samt ta fram dispenser inom biotopskyddlagstiftningen kopplat till alléer.

Erfarenhet av att ta fram mängdförteckningar och tillhörande tekniska beskrivningar inför alléåtgärder inom väginfrastrukturmiljöer.

Konsult ska ha relevant yrkeserfarenhet på minst 6 år som konsulterande arborist.

Flytande svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande

Säkerhetsutbildning Arbete På Väg (APV 1.1 eller motsvarande).
