Vi söker en erfaren Projektingenjör till Trafikverket.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Stationeringsort är Malmö.

Tjänsten är på heltid.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Uppdraget

Rollen som projektingenjör inom nationella bulleråtgärder innebär att stödja projektledare i det dagliga genomförandet av ett eller flera projekt, med fokus på administration, struktur och uppföljning. Arbetet kräver en hög grad av självständighet, god organisationsförmåga samt kontinuerlig samverkan med interna och externa aktörer såsom konsulter, entreprenörer och fastighetsägare. Rollen innefattar även ansvar för att säkerställa kvalitet, dokumentation och ekonomisk uppföljning inom projekten.

Arbetsuppgifter

Samordna projektets löpande administration inkl. projektrutiner, dokumenthantering, diarieföring, presentationsmaterial och behörigheter i samråd med projektledare.

Ansvara för struktur och ordning i ProjectPlace eller motsvarande system för projektdokumentation.

Planera och administrera möten inkl. inbjudningar, bokningar samt föra anteckningar och protokoll.

Uppdatera och hantera basplaner (kontrollprogram, tidplan och risk i Exonaut) i samverkan med projektledare.

Hantera projekt i C7, Agresso och relaterade system tillsammans med projektledare och enhetscontroller.

Säkerställa leveransplaner och att överlämningsprocessen följs samt bistå i löpande projektplanering.

Granska och göra stickprov på konsulters leveranser samt följa upp kvalitet på handlingar.

Ansvara för kommunikation, dokumentation och uppföljning i fä-ärenden (fastighetsägare).

Utföra prognoser, kostnadsuppföljning, fakturahantering samt kontroll och attestering i samråd med projektledare.

Ta fram tertial- och månadsrapporter samt sammanställa tidplaner, efterkalkyler, slutrapporter och upphandlingsunderlag.

Samordna tidplaner mellan projekt, konsulter och entreprenörer samt hantera avrop via beställningssystem.

Medverka i granskning av leveranser och uppföljning av kvalitet samt stödja delprojektledare vid behov.

Medverka till att marknadsföra Trafikverket gentemot intressenter och sakägare.

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Kunna uttrycka sig väl på svenska språket i både tal och skrift.

B-körkort.

Minst 120 poäng från högskola eller universitet. Alternativt arbetslivserfarenhet som bedöms likvärdig.

Minst 12 månaders praktisk erfarenhet av prognosläggningssystem, exempelvis C7.

Minst 2 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete i projektorganisation som projektingenjör. Där du jobbat självständigt och strukturerat. Erfarenheten skall ha införskaffats de senaste 5 åren. Under dessa två (2) år ska du ha arbetat i uppdraget/en i en omfattning om minst 50 procent av heltid.

Meriterande

Du har praktisk erfarenhet av fastighetsnära bulleråtgärder.
