Vi på Centio söker en Public Bid Manager till kontoret i Vällingby.

Tjänsten är på heltid.

Bakgrund Centio Consulting Group är ett konsultföretag som erbjuder konsulttjänster till främst offentlig sektor. Företaget erbjuder resurser inom bland annat bygg- & anläggning, IT, inköp, ekonomi mm och kommer även inom kort påbörja arbetet med att erbjuda tjänster till den privata sektorn.

Företagets interna resurser består idag av fyra personer som arbetar från kontoret i Vällingby.

Arbetsuppgifter

Rollen innebär ett övergripande ansvar för anbudsarbete kopplat till ramavtal för tekniska konsulter till offentlig sektor i hela Sverige. Fokus ligger på att strategiskt identifiera och prioritera vilka annonserade upphandlingar som är affärsmässigt relevanta att lämna anbud på, baserat på företagets kompetens, erfarenhet och tillgängliga resurser. Arbetet omfattar bland annat att:

Analysera förfrågningsunderlag och välja ut relevanta upphandlingar

Ta fram kvalitativa anbudstexter såsom genomförandebeskrivningar, referensuppdrag och kompetenssammanställningar

Undersöka och sammanställa marknadspriser inom aktuella teknikområden för att säkerställa konkurrenskraftiga prissättningar

Efter tilldelningsbeslut granska utvärderingsprotokoll och i vissa fall upprätta och lämna in överprövningar

Utveckla och effektivisera interna processer för anbudshantering

Bidra till att bygga upp en kunskapsbank för framtida anbud

Rollen är både operativ och strategisk, och kräver att du arbetar proaktivt, affärsmässigt och noggrant med hög leveransprecision.

Krav

Erfarenhet av att arbeta med offentliga upphandlingar, särskilt ramavtal

Mycket god förmåga att formulera texter, såsom genomförandebeskrivningar och referensuppdrag

God förståelse för LOU

Förmåga att arbeta strukturerat, hålla deadlines och projektleda flera parallella anbud

Meriterande

Tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med anbud inom teknikkonsultbranschen/anläggning

Personliga egenskaper

Strukturerad och noggrann – du har öga för detaljer men kan samtidigt se helheten

Affärsmässig och analytisk – förmåga att välja och fokusera på rätt anbud

Självständig och initiativtagande – du driver egna processer och hittar lösningar

Kommunikativ – du är tydlig, övertygande och anpassar språket efter målgruppen

Prestigelös och samarbetsvillig – du jobbar gärna nära både kollegor och ledning för att skapa bästa möjliga resultat

Placering

På kontoret i Vällingby utanför Stockholm med möjlighet till distansarbete två dagar i veckan.
