Senior rekryterare/talent Acquisition Specialist till konsultbolag inom Anläggningsbranschen

Plats: Vällingby

Centio erbjuder konsulttjänster till offentlig sektor. De flesta uppdragen avser civilingenjörstjänster till anläggningsprojekt. Du kommer att i nära samarbete med företagets VD och övriga rekryterare jobba med företagets rekrytering av konsulttjänster. Vår framgång bygger på våra kompetenta medarbetare och vår förmåga att hitta och matcha rätt talang med rätt uppdrag. Nu söker vi en Senior rekryterare/talent Acquisition Specialist med gedigen erfarenhet av att rekrytera just civilingenjörer till anläggningsprojekt.

Dina ansvarsområden

Du kommer att ansvara för hela rekryteringsprocessen, bland annat:

  • Publicering av jobbannonser i Teamtailor.
  • Identifikation, kontakt och engagemang av kandidater genom aktivt arbete på LinkedIn Recruiter och andra professionella nätverk.
  • Genomförande av intervjuer och bedömning av kandidaters kompetens och erfarenhet.
  • Deltagande i teamets strategiska arbete för att säkerställa framgångsrika rekryteringar.

Krav/Din profil

  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av rekrytering inom anläggningsprojekt.
  • Gedigen erfarenhet av att använda LinkedIn Recruiter och andra rekryteringsverktyg.
  • Förmåga att bygga och utveckla en effektiv rekryteringsavdelning.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med olika system som Teamtailor och CRM.
  • Självgående inställning med förmågan att arbeta självständigt och proaktivt.
