The posting

Vi söker en IT-upphandlare till uppdrag i Stockholm.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Du kommer vara anställd av Centio Consulting Group AB och arbeta som konsult.

Tjänsten är på heltid.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Uppdraget

Operativt arbete där upphandlaren tillsammans med beställarna inom organisationen genomför flertalet upphandlingar inom IT. Arbetet omfattar hela upphandlingsprocessen enligt LOU från behovsanalys till avtalstecknande.

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Självständigt ha genomfört minst 3 IT- samt tjänster och varor upphandlingar (ej direktupphandlingar) enligt LOU. Uppdrag ska ha omfattat hela upphandlingsprocessen och konsulten ska ha fungerat som upphandlare/projektledare för uppdraget.

Ha genomfört IT-upphandlingar genom förhandlat förfarande.

Självständigt ha genomfört avrop genom förnyad konkurrensutsättning på statligt ramavtal för offentliga myndigheter inom området som resulterat i avtal. Avropet ska ha omfattat hela avropsprocessen och konsulten ska ha fungerat som upphandlare/projektledare för uppdraget.

Ha erfarenhet av specifika avtal inom branschen, som exempelvis IT- och telekomföretagens standardavtal.

ALTERNATIVT

Självständigt ha genomfört minst 3 upphandlingar inom området (ej direktupphandlingar) varav minst en av respektive varor och tjänster enligt LOU som resulterat i avtal. Uppdrag ska ha omfattat hela upphandlingsprocessen och konsulten ska ha fungerat som upphandlare/projektledare för uppdraget.

Genomfört avrop genom förnyad konkurrensutsättning på statligt ramavtal inom området som resulterat i avtal. Avropet ska ha omfattat hela avropsprocessen och konsulten ska ha fungerat som upphandlare/projektledare för uppdraget.
