Chemikanten (m/w/d)

Berufsbild:

Chemikanten werden in nahezu allen Bereichen der chemischen Industrie eingesetzt. Sie stellen chemische Erzeugnisse wie Farben, Pflanzenschutzmittel, Waschmittel oder Kosmetika her. In ihrer Tätigkeit bedienen sie PC-gesteuerte Maschinen und Fertigungsstraßen, messen Rohstoffe ab und befüllen Behältnisse, mischen oder trennen Stoffe. Sie fahren die Produktionsanlagen an und ab, erhitzen, kühlen oder destillieren die Ausgangsstoffe und kontrollieren regelmäßig die Messwerte, um den Herstellungsprozess und die Qualität zu steuern. Ebenso protokollieren sie den Fertigungsverlauf und überwachen die Verpackung der fertigen Produkte auf Abfüll- und Verpackungsanlagen.

Das erwartet dich bei Cerdia:

Im Rahmen ihrer Ausbildung durchlaufen unsere Auszubildenden neben den Produktionsbetrieben auch die Ausbildungswerkstatt, die Instandhaltungswerkstatt und die Qualitätssicherung. Unsere Auszubildenden profitieren daher von einem sehr praxisnahen Arbeitsumfeld, in dem sie schon früh Einblicke in die unterschiedlichen Arbeitsbereiche eines Chemikanten sammeln können.

In der Berufsschule Rheinfelden wird theoretisches Fachwissen unterrichtet, das durch ergänzenden Theorieunterricht an unserem Standort abgerundet wird.

- Mittlere Reife oder vergleichbarer Abschluss - Chemisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick - Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
