An vier Produktionsstandorten erwirtschaften rund 1.100 Mitarbeiter/innen einen Umsatz von rund 750 Mio. US$. An unserem Standort in Freiburg mit ca. 770 Beschäftigten suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n:

Betriebsassistent Acetatproduktion (m/w/d)

Im Wesentlichen umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie Vertretung bei Abwesenheit, einschließlich der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Betriebsbesprechungen, Management-Reviews, Produktionsberichten, Statistiken und Präsentationen
  • Planung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Produktionsablaufs unter Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung des Shopfloor Managements zur Erreichung der Produktionsziele
  • Planung und Sicherstellung effizienter An- und Abfahrprozesse sowie einer sicheren Anlagenbereitstellung bei Anlagen- und Produktionsstillständen
  • Überwachung des technischen Anlagenzustands sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit anhand der Auswertung des OEE-Dashboards
  • Sicherstellung der Aktualität und Standardisierung der betrieblichen Dokumentation sowie Durchführung und Koordination von Ex-Schutz- und Sicherheitsanalysen einschließlich der Umsetzung erforderlicher Maßnahmen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Betriebsversuchen und Sonderproduktionen, Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Projektanträgen sowie Koordination und fachliche Prüfung von Anlagenänderungen
  • Produktions- und Rohstoffeinsatzplanung in enger Abstimmung mit den relevanten Fachbereichen, bereichsübergreifende Koordination der Produktionsplanung sowie Teilnahme an betrieblichen Besprechungen, Sicherheitsrundgängen, Audits und Projektgruppen
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, Förderung und Motivation eines Teams von vier Mitarbeitenden

Sie passen am besten zu uns, wenn Sie über folgende Voraussetzungen verfügen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, vorzugsweise in den Fachrichtungen Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Chemietechnik, Maschinenbau (mit Schwerpunkt Verfahrenstechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 3–5 Jahre) in Betreiben, Überwachen und Steuern verfahrenstechnischer Produktionsanlagen, idealerweise in einem störfallrelevanten Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Planungs- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamorientierung und Führungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
