Controlling Team Lead FREI (m/w/d)

Im Wesentlichen umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet

In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für das Site Controlling und gestalten aktiv die finanzielle und prozessuale Weiterentwicklung des Standorts:

  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung des Controlling-Teams (aktuell 3 Personen)
  • Koordination der gesamten Finanzplanung sowie Analyse und Interpretation der Ergebnisse mehrerer Gesellschaften
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und aktives Sparring mit dem Management
  • Optimierung von Controlling‑ und Reportingprozessen, mit Fokus auf Effizienzsteigerung und Kostentransparenz
  • Verantwortung für das Product Costing in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichsleitern
  • Bewertung und Begleitung von Investitionsprojekten, inklusive Kostenkontrolle
  • Steuerung funktionsübergreifender Projekte und Bearbeitung strategisch wichtiger Ad‑hoc‑Themen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern auf lokaler und internationaler Ebene

Sie arbeiten in einer hochmodernen IT‑Landschaft, die vollständig auf SAP S/4HANA basiert. Im Rahmen unserer digitalen Transformation unterstützen Sie aktiv die End‑to‑End‑Integration aller finanz- und Produktions-Satellitensysteme. Sie verbessern Datenqualität, Prozessdurchgängigkeit und Business‑Transparenz – und stärken so die operative wie strategische Steuerung des gesamten Standorts.

Sie passen am besten zu uns, wenn Sie über folgende Voraussetzungen verfügen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung als Business Controller, idealerweise in einem international agierenden Produktionsunternehmen
  • Tiefe Fachkenntnisse im Manufacturing Accounting und Product Costing (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP S/4 (insbesondere CO/FI/MM) sowie MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Power BI
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
