Technischer Leiter Acetatproduktion (m/w/d)

Im Wesentlichen umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Verantwortung für die technische Weiterentwicklung und hohe Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen im Bereich Acetatproduktion
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der mittel- und langfristigen Anlagen- und Instandhaltungsstrategie
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung technischer Optimierungs-, Investitions- und Sicherheitsprojekte
  • Analyse und Reduzierung von Anlagenrisiken sowie Unterstützung bei Störungsanalysen und nachhaltigen Problemlösungen
  • Leitung und Koordination technischer Projekte sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Sicherstellung einer aktuellen Anlagendokumentation sowie Weiterentwicklung des Ersatzteilmanagements
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Berichtswesen sowie die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Umwelt-, Sicherheits- und IMS-Anforderungen
  • Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten, sowie Teilnahme an der Führungsrufbereitschaft

Sie passen am besten zu uns, wenn Sie über folgende Voraussetzungen verfügen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Leitung, Instandhaltung oder Produktion eines industriellen Umfelds, idealerweise in der chemischen Prozessindustrie
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie in der Planung und Umsetzung technischer Investitions- und Optimierungsprojekte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Anlagenmanagement, Instandhaltung und Zuverlässigkeitsmanagement
  • Erfahrung mit Methoden wie FMECA, Bad Actor Analyse oder vergleichbaren Analyseverfahren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie unternehmerisches Denken
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Führungskompetenz
