Install söker en affärsdriven verksamhetschef som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för verksamhetens kunder, resultat, utveckling och medarbetare.

Install är ett växande infrastrukturföretag med 270 medarbetare. Vi utvecklar, bygger och underhåller lösningar inom el, kraft, kommunikation, mark och anläggning, betong samt teknikhus. Våra kunder finns både bland företag och offentliga verksamheter.

Install utvecklar nu sin organisation för att skapa ännu bättre förutsättningar för fortsatt tillväxt, utveckling och långsiktig framgång. Som verksamhetschef har du en nyckelroll i att leda och utveckla verksamheten.

Det här är en roll för dig som är en affärsorienterad ledare och som drivs av att utveckla människor, organisation och affär.

Du skapar tydliga förutsättningar för medarbetare att nå sina mål, omsätta strategier i praktiken och driver utveckling som ger resultat.

Ditt uppdrag

Du rapporterar direkt till VD och har du ett helhetsansvar för verksamhetens utveckling och ett tydligt affärsfokus med kunden i centrum. Du säkerställer att strategiska mål omsätts till konkreta aktiviteter och resultat.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

· leda, stötta och utveckla organisationen

· driva verksamhetens utveckling med fokus på lönsamhet och kvalitet

· säkerställa en effektiv organisation

· leda förändrings- och utvecklingsarbete som stärker verksamhetens konkurrenskraft

· utveckla kundrelationer och bidra till ökad kundnöjdhet och affärsvolym

· följa upp verksamhetens mål, nyckeltal och resultat

· ansvara för verksamhetens budget, prognoser och ekonomiska resultat

Vi söker dig som

Har flerårig erfarenhet av en ledande befattning med personal-, budget- och resultatansvar. Du är van att driva verksamheter i förändring och har ett starkt utvecklat sinne för affärer.

Som ledare är du trygg, tydlig och kommunikativ. Du bygger förtroende, fattar beslut och får människor att växa. Samtidigt har du förmågan att lyfta blicken, se helheten och omsätta strategi till konkreta resultat. Erfarenhet av att leda chefer och utveckla organisationer är meriterande.
