Responsabilidades:

Liderar tecnicamente a implementação Salesforce: configurações padrão, desenvolvimento personalizado (custom) e elementos de migração de dados Definir arquitetura, padrões de codificação e boas práticas (orientação a objetos, MVC, Domain Layer) Conduzir a gestão de releases e os padrões de implantação (deployment) do projeto Realizar revisões de código dos desenvolvedores e aprovar a documentação técnica do time Interagir diretamente com o time global da Syngenta e com as equipes de produto da Salesforce, alinhando requisitos, arquitetura e prioridades entre regiões Orientar tecnicamente a equipe de desenvolvimento e apoiar o onboarding de novos integrantes Domínio de código-fonte, versionamento e padrões de implantação Entender o projeto de ponta a ponta e depurar/resolver problemas complexos Monitorar a saúde do ambiente e validar as entregas pós-deploy (smoke tests) Atuar em ambiente ágil, colaborativo e distribuído (multi-região), seguindo nossa metodologia

Habilidades Necessárias:

Inglês avançado/fluente (mandatório) — comunicação técnica, reuniões e documentação com o time global da Syngenta Conhecimento em Experience Cloud (prioritário) e em Service ou Sales Cloud Desenvolvimento programático (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) e declarativo (point and click), com forte ênfase em customização Conhecimento em versionamento de código e em práticas/estratégias de implantação do Salesforce Conceitos de orientação a objetos e entendimento da arquitetura MVC Integrações: APIs (REST, SOAP), ETL, Web Services Conhecimento básico de RDBMS Fortes habilidades analíticas e raciocínio lógico Capacidade de liderança técnica e condução de equipe

Certificações Salesforce (Platform Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, entre outras) Conhecimento em Commerce Cloud (B2B Commerce) — dado o contexto e-commerce/B2B Habilidades para levantamento de requisitos e desenho de solução na plataforma Conhecimentos de CRM
