Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Senior Java Developer – AI para atuar em uma operação estratégica no setor financeiro, desenvolvendo e evoluindo aplicações utilizando Java e React em um ambiente de desenvolvimento orientado por Inteligência Artificial.

Buscamos alguém com autonomia técnica e sólida experiência em desenvolvimento de software, capaz de atuar com IA Generativa e agentes ao longo do SDLC, revisando criticamente os outputs gerados e garantindo soluções seguras, escaláveis e alinhadas aos padrões arquiteturais da operação.

Responsabilidades

Desenvolver e evoluir aplicações utilizando Java no backend e React no frontend. Construir e integrar microsserviços, APIs REST, BFFs e integrações com sistemas externos. Utilizar e orquestrar agentes de IA ao longo das etapas de especificação, desenvolvimento, testes e deploy. Revisar, validar e evoluir código e outros artefatos produzidos por agentes de IA, garantindo qualidade, segurança e aderência aos padrões técnicos. Participar de refinamentos, contribuindo para definição das soluções, estimativas e identificação de riscos técnicos. Implementar e evoluir testes automatizados, incluindo testes unitários, de integração, regressão e performance. Investigar e resolver problemas complexos relacionados a código, integrações, dados ou ambientes. Implementar automações utilizando IA para aumentar produtividade, qualidade e eficiência do ciclo de desenvolvimento. Colaborar com lideranças técnicas na evolução das práticas de desenvolvimento e do modelo de Agentic SDLC.

Requisitos para este desafio

Experiência sólida com desenvolvimento backend utilizando Java e arquitetura de microsserviços. Experiência com desenvolvimento frontend utilizando React e JavaScript ou TypeScript. Experiência com APIs REST, BFF, integração entre sistemas e arquiteturas distribuídas. Experiência com AWS e desenvolvimento de aplicações em ambientes Cloud. Conhecimento sólido em testes automatizados, incluindo testes unitários e de integração. Experiência com Git, CI/CD e práticas de entrega contínua. Experiência prática com Inteligência Artificial Generativa e agentes de IA aplicados ao desenvolvimento de software. Experiência com ferramentas de AI Coding, como Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, CI&T Flow ou similares. Conhecimento em Prompt Engineering aplicado à geração de código, testes, análise e documentação. Capacidade de revisar criticamente outputs gerados por IA, identificando problemas de arquitetura, segurança, performance e qualidade. Autonomia para investigar e solucionar problemas técnicos complexos. Boa comunicação e capacidade de colaborar e influenciar decisões técnicas. Inglês técnico para documentação e interação com ferramentas e agentes de IA.

Diferenciais

Experiência com Agentic SDLC e orquestração de agentes em diferentes etapas do desenvolvimento. Vivência no setor financeiro, especialmente em sistemas transacionais, pagamentos ou adquirência. Experiência com arquiteturas orientadas a eventos e API Gateway. Experiência com modernização de sistemas legados e migração para Cloud. Conhecimento em segurança de aplicações, desenvolvimento seguro e análise de vulnerabilidades.
