Content Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fully remote Content Lead role sitting within the Growth team at a fintech startup building global identity and onboarding infrastructure for businesses. You will own the company's content output end to end, from founder-led social presence to long-form thought leadership, and your work will directly shape how the brand reaches and resonates with its target audience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Ghostwrite and manage the founders' LinkedIn presence, translating their thinking and customer conversations into posts that sound authentically like them.

- Own LinkedIn strategy and cadence, understanding what earns attention, drives conversation, and converts on the platform.

- Write long-form content including blogs, white papers, and case studies that establish thought leadership.

- Guard brand voice and tone across all published channels, including the website, press releases, and social media.

- Extract raw material directly from founder conversations and customer insights rather than waiting for structured briefs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3 to 8 years of experience in content, copywriting, or communications roles.

- Exceptional writing talent with a clear passion for great copy and storytelling.

- Proven ability to write in someone else's voice, ideally through executive ghostwriting or managing a founder's or senior leader's social media presence.

- Deep expertise with LinkedIn as a content channel: engagement mechanics, conversion patterns, and audience growth.

- Experience writing long-form content formats such as blogs, white papers, and case studies.

- Experience managing and developing brand voice and tone guidelines across multiple formats and channels.

- Self-directed mindset with the ability to shape narratives from raw conversations and minimal briefs.

- Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains is a plus.

- Prior experience working directly with founders or C-suite executives on content and communications is a plus.

- A portfolio that demonstrates a distinctive personal writing voice and editorial perspective is strongly valued.

- Must be available to work within an EU-compatible timezone.

LOCATION

Fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere within the European Union. Visa sponsorship is not available.
