Growth & Marketing Intern / New-Grad

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on growth and marketing role at a pre-seed AI recruiting platform, sitting at the center of the company's go-to-market engine. You will own real programs across multiple channels from day one, helping connect top talent with high-growth startups faster and more intelligently than traditional job boards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content and brand, SEO, partnerships, and events, each measured by clear outcomes.

- Run outbound cold email programs end-to-end, including deliverability management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.

- Produce and distribute high-velocity content such as blogs, email newsletters, social posts, testimonials, and case studies.

- Shape and execute an SEO strategy covering topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.

- Build marketing partnerships and organize both online and offline events to drive meaningful turnout.

- Treat every channel as a scientific process: formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, track metrics, and iterate quickly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 0 to 3 years of experience, suited to an intern or new-graduate growth role.

- Hands-on growth or marketing experience spanning multiple domains, not primarily data, consulting, or unrelated fields.

- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes and drive measurable impact, not just execute tasks.

- Experience running and optimizing cold email outbound programs and managing email deliverability.

- Familiarity with paid acquisition on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, including campaign planning and optimization.

- Strong content creation skills with consistent brand alignment across formats.

- SEO knowledge covering topic research, on-page best practices, and internal linking.

- Experience organizing events and managing marketing partnerships.

- Comfortable operating with high ownership in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

- Background in recruitment, HR tech, or AI talent platforms is a plus.
