Sales Development Representative (English-speaking)

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a top-of-funnel sales role at a fast-growing AI communication startup, where you will own the full English-speaking pipeline from first contact through to qualified demo handoff. You will work closely with Account Executives to drive revenue growth, with a clear path to an AE role for strong performers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing on a daily basis.

- Run multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

- Build and iterate on outreach sequences by forming hypotheses, testing, and measuring results.

- Own the handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition.

- Shape and improve SDR processes in a fast-moving startup environment.

- Operate with end-to-end ownership and receive direct feedback to accelerate your development.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Native or C2-level English proficiency.

- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales.

- B2B SaaS sales background is strongly preferred.

- Proven ability to run multi-channel outreach and iterate on outreach sequences.

- Naturally competitive, target-driven, and motivated by uncapped commission.

- Willingness to temporarily relocate to Vienna, Austria for approximately 1 to 2 months to immerse in company culture.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-feedback, ownership-driven environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: GBP 50,000 to 75,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

On-site in London, England, United Kingdom, with a temporary relocation to Vienna, Austria for approximately 1 to 2 months during onboarding.
