Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Nadzór nad rozliczaniem podwykonawców zgodnie z dokumentacją techniczną, harmonogramem oraz warunkami kontraktu.
  • Nadzór nad przygotowywaniem planów płatności, dokumentów do sprzedaży oraz kosztorysów robót dodatkowych.
  • Zarządzanie dokumentacją budowy (projektową, techniczną, powykonawczą oraz ewidencją zmian) oraz prowadzenie korespondencji dotyczącej poleceń zmian.
  • Nadzór nad raportowaniem do Inżyniera Kontraktu oraz udział w naradach budowy i reprezentowanie firmy przed Inżynierem Kontraktu.
  • Opracowywanie i aktualizacja budżetów budów, przygotowywanie raportów produkcyjnych oraz analiz kosztów związanych z rozliczaniem podwykonawców.
  • Rejestrowanie i analiza ofert przetargowych w odniesieniu do budżetu oraz udział w negocjacjach z podwykonawcami.
  • Koordynowanie współpracy z podwykonawcami i dostawcami usług na potrzeby budowy (m.in. dostawcami energii i otaczarni) oraz prowadzenie inwentaryzacji na terenie budowy.

Nasze wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku lub jako Inżynier/Specjalista ds. Rozliczeń. Jeśli chcesz zrobić kolejny krok w swojej karierze i rozwinąć się w roli kierowniczej, również zachęcamy do aplikowania!
  • Wykształcenie wyższe o kierunku budowlanym lub kilkuletnie doświadczenie w branży budowlanej.
  • Umiejętność czytania i analizy dokumentacji technicznej.
  • Znajomość zasad rozliczania kontraktów zgodnie z warunkami umowy.
  • Znajomość zasad raportowania do Inżyniera Kontraktu.
  • Dobra organizacja pracy oraz umiejętność planowania i koordynowania wielu zadań jednocześnie.
  • Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność oraz umiejętność współpracy z zespołem i podwykonawcami.
