¿Qué harás en este rol?

🚀 Impulsarás el crecimiento y la efectividad operativa de la red comercial con nuestros Brokers Aliados, desarrollando estrategias para incrementar las ventas y consolidar la presencia de nuestras franquicias y alianzas. 🚀 Serás responsable del seguimiento puntual a la gestión de brokers (altas y operaciones), control de facturación, reporte de métricas comerciales, validación de cumplimiento en PLD y la logística de eventos y convenciones del sector.

¿Qué buscamos?

🔧 Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Relaciones Comerciales, Administración, Mercadotecnia o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia previa en desarrollo comercial, gestión de redes de brokers, canal de franquicias o sector financiero/hipotecario.
  • Conocimiento en elaboración de reportes comerciales, gestión de facturación y nociones normativas de Prevención de Lavado de Dinero (PLD).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar (eventos y convenciones comerciales). ✨ Actitud proactiva, enfoque en resultados y pasión por la innovación. 🌟 Habilidad para colaborar en equipo y enfrentar desafíos con creatividad.
