Director de Ventas PyME | San Luis Potosí

En Covalto impulsamos el futuro de las PyMEs mexicanas combinando la escala de la banca con la agilidad y tecnología de una fintech. Buscamos un líder comercial de alto impacto para encabezar la estrategia de crecimiento, apertura de mercado y colocación de crédito en San Luis Potosí y su zona de influencia.

Tu Misión Escalar la presencia regional de Covalto mediante el diseño e implementación de la estrategia comercial PyME, acelerando la adquisición de clientes, el desarrollo de alianzas clave y la consolidación de la cartera crediticia.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Estrategia y Crecimiento: Diseñar la hoja de ruta comercial de la región y ejecutar planes de penetración de mercado para el segmento PyME.
  • Colocación y Cartera: Acelerar la originación de soluciones financieras, gestionando el ciclo completo de venta e identificando oportunidades de cross-sell y up-sell.
  • Relaciones Estratégicas: Construir y mantener red de alianzas con tomadores de decisión, cámaras empresariales y actores clave del ecosistema regional.
  • Gestión Operativa: Liderar el pipeline comercial vía CRM (Salesforce) y colaborar con las áreas de Riesgos, Crédito y Operaciones para optimizar tiempos de respuesta y colocación.
  • Análisis Financiero: Evaluar la salud financiera e idoneidad crediticia de los prospectos para estructurar propuestas comerciales viables y sostenibles.

Perfil

  • Trayectoria: Licenciatura concluida en áreas Económico-Administrativas. Experiencia probada en roles comerciales de liderazgo dentro del sector financiero (Banca, SOFOM o Fintech).
  • Expertise PyME: Dominio en colocación de crédito empresarial, análisis de estados financieros y desarrollo de cartera desde cero.
  • Dominio Territorial: Profundo conocimiento del tejido empresarial e industrial de San Luis Potosí y la región Bajío/Centro.
  • Herramientas: Manejo avanzado de CRM (Salesforce deseable).
