¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás la pieza clave para conectar a las PyMEs con nuestras soluciones: prospectarás, asesorarás y cerrarás negociaciones estratégicas para impulsar tu cartera y superar cualquier meta.

Tu día a día en Covalto:

  • Generar impacto: Prospectar y atraer nuevos clientes PyME calificados.
  • Gestión 360°: Acompañar al cliente en todo su ciclo (pipeline, expedientes y seguimiento post-venta).
  • Visión estratégica: Presentar casos ante el Comité de Crédito y gestionar la salud de tu cartera.
  • Relacionamiento: Detectar oportunidades de negocio y crear alianzas a largo plazo.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia: +2 años en banca o financieras, vendiendo productos a PyMEs y dominando procesos de fondeo.
  • Formación: Licenciatura (trunca o terminada) en áreas económico-administrativas.
  • ADN Covalto: Proactividad, enfoque en resultados, pasión por la innovación y gran habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
