🎯 Tu Misión en el Equipo

Serás la pieza clave para asegurar la cobertura de vacantes estratégicas, garantizando una experiencia extraordinaria tanto para los candidatos como para nuestros clientes internos.

🔥 Lo que harás en tu día a día:

  • Atracción y Sourcing: Reclutarás posiciones corporativas, tecnológicas y de ventas. Publicarás vacantes y realizarás hunting activo en las mejores fuentes de reclutamiento.
  • Consultoría Interna: Darás seguimiento cercano y continuo a los Hiring Managers, aconsejándolos con visión de mercado y compartiendo el estatus real de sus vacantes.
  • Cumplimiento de Metas: Gestionarás el ciclo de reclutamiento asegurando el cumplimiento de nuestros SLA’s de cobertura.
  • Gestión de Datos: Elaborarás y entregarás reportes semanales con métricas clave (postulados, búsquedas, entrevistas HR vs. Hiring Manager).
  • Ofertas e Integración: Apoyarás en el cálculo, envío de ofertas a los candidatos seleccionados y preparación de expedientes de nuevo ingreso.
  • Experiencia de Onboarding: Presentarás la bienvenida institucional a los nuevos colaboradores y los acompañarás de cerca en su primer día.

✨ ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Formación: Licenciatura concluida en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo de 6 meses a 1 año en roles de reclutamiento y selección de personal.
  • Mindset & Competencias:
  • Enfoque en el cliente y colaboración: Sabes escuchar y trabajar en equipo para lograr objetivos comunes.
  • Orientación a la acción (Business Owner): Te mueves con iniciativa, propones soluciones y te adueñas de tus resultados.
  • Comunicación efectiva y humilde: Mantienes relaciones transparentes y fluidas a todo nivel.
