Esta oportunidad es para ti. Serás la primera línea de soporte de nuestra plataforma de datos, colaborando en la resolución de incidentes, automatización de procesos y mejora continua de nuestras operaciones.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

✅ Brindar soporte y atención a incidentes de la plataforma de datos.

📈 Diagnosticar problemas utilizando tableros, logs y documentación técnica.

🔎 Dar seguimiento a incidentes hasta su resolución, documentando causas raíz.

⚙️ Ejecutar procesos operativos y validaciones de información.

📝 Crear y mantener runbooks, documentación técnica y guías de soporte.

🤖 Identificar oportunidades de automatización y mejora de procesos.

💡 Investigar nuevas herramientas y aplicaciones de Inteligencia Artificial para optimizar el trabajo del equipo.

📚 Crecer progresivamente hacia responsabilidades de Ingeniería de Datos.

¿Qué buscamos?

🔧 Requisitos: 🎓 Licenciatura en Sistemas, Ingeniería en Computación, Ciencia de Datos, Tecnologías de la Información o carreras afines.

💼 De 1 a 2 años de experiencia (se consideran prácticas profesionales, proyectos personales o bootcamps).

🐍 Conocimientos en Python, SQL, Git y Linux.

☁️ Experiencia básica con plataformas AWS, GCP o Azure.

🧠 Pensamiento analítico, capacidad para resolver problemas y gusto por la documentación.

🚀 Curiosidad, proactividad y muchas ganas de aprender.

✨ Actitud proactiva, enfoque en resultados y pasión por la innovación.

🌟 Habilidad para colaborar en equipo y enfrentar desafíos con creatividad.
