🎯 Tu Misión en Covalto

Como Trainee de la UAIR, apoyarás directamente en el análisis, evaluación y mitigación de riesgos financieros utilizando herramientas tecnológicas de vanguardia y técnicas estadísticas avanzadas. Contribuirás activamente al cumplimiento normativo ante autoridades y a la mejora continua de nuestros procesos, mientras te desarrollas al lado de los mejores líderes de la industria.

💻 Lo que harás en el día a día:

  • Transformarás datos: Recopilarás, limpiarás y analizarás datos para armar los tableros e indicadores de riesgos (operativos, crédito, mercado y liquidez).
  • Visión Regulatoria: Apoyarás en el armado de reportes regulatorios estratégicos clave para la CNBV y Banxico.
  • Innovación Segura: Participarás en la evaluación de riesgos de los nuevos productos, servicios y herramientas tecnológicas que lancemos al mercado.
  • Monitoreo Proactivo: Darás seguimiento a los KRI (Key Risk Indicators) y levantarás la mano ante cualquier anomalía o desviación.
  • Pruebas de Fuego: Colaborarás en la ejecución de pruebas de estrés para evaluar escenarios financieros adversos.

🛠️ ¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Formación: Recién egresado o por titularte de carreras como Actuaría, Economía, Finanzas, Contaduría, Administración de Empresas o afines con disponibilidad de tiempo completo.
  • Herramientas Core: Dominio intermedio-avanzado de Excel / Google Sheets (tablas dinámicas y macros obligatorias).
  • Plus Tecnológico (Deseable): Conocimientos básico o interés de desarrollar modelos con SQL, Power BI o Python.
  • Si tienes noción de sistemas bancarios core como TOPAZ o herramientas como Risky 2.0, ¡ya tienes puntos extra!
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado
