Om jobbet

Cretec Gislaved AB söker en erfaren och driven Projektledare / Arbetsledare VS till vår projekt‑ och serviceverksamhet.

Rollen är en central del av vår service- och projektorganisation. Du arbetar nära våra montörer, kunder och samarbetspartners. Fokus ligger på planering, ledning, uppföljning och ansvar för mindre projekt samt serviceuppdrag.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat bestå av:

  • Planering , styrning och uppföljning av serviceuppdrag och mindre projekt
  • Leda och koordinera servicemontörer i vardagen
  • Kundkontakt, offertarbete och hantering av serviceavtal
  • Säkerställa kvalitet, leverans och struktur i projekt och serviceprocess
  • Kalkylering, ekonomisk uppföljning och dokumentation
  • Samordning med VE, Kyla och Styr vid gemensamma projekt

Vem är du?

Du har:

  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet inom VS‑branschen i tjänstemannaroll (arbetsledning, projektledning, kalkyl eller teknisk projektstyrning)
  • God teknisk förståelse för VS‑installationer och branschregler
  • Erfarenhet av service- eller projektverksamhet och kundkontakt
  • Förmåga att planera och strukturera flera parallella uppdrag

Som person är du:

  • Lagspelare med hög arbetsmoral och god samarbetsförmåga
  • Strukturerad, noggrann och kommunikativ
  • Trygg i rollen att driva projekt framåt och skapa goda kundrelationer
  • Engagerad och lösningsorienterad
