About project:
We are looking for an Active Directory Administrator for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities:
- As an Active Directory Administrator, you will be administering and supporting Azure Active Directory, Active Directory Domain Services and hybrid identity integrations, ensuring seamless authentication and identity management;
- You will be managing Azure AD Connect, maintaining synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD, and ensuring identity federation is functioning correctly;
- You will be implementing and maintaining Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Single Sign-On configurations, enhancing security and user experience;
- You will be troubleshooting authentication issues, directory synchronization failures, and identity lifecycle challenges, ensuring uninterrupted access to corporate resources;
- You will be deploying, configuring, and maintaining Semperis Directory Services Protector and Active Directory Forest Recovery, reinforcing security and disaster recovery strategies;
- You will be monitoring Active Directory security events, detecting anomalies, and implementing preventive measures to mitigate potential security threats;
- You will be conducting real-time monitoring and incident response to unauthorized Active Directory changes, ensuring system integrity and compliance;
- You will be performing Active Directory incident response and recovery using Semperis ADFR, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity;
- You will be managing AD group policies, Domain Name System, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol and Role-Based Access Control permissions, ensuring seamless user access management;
- You will be conducting Active Directory health checks, monitoring domain controller replication, and optimizing performance, ensuring stability and efficiency;
- You will be troubleshooting domain trust issues, Kerberos and NTLM authentication failures, and group policy misconfigurations, ensuring system stability and access reliability;
- You will be supporting Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, Public Key Infrastructure and certificate services within the Active Directory environment, ensuring secure identity management;
- You will be collaborating with security teams to assess risks, implement security controls, and mitigate threats, ensuring compliance with security best practices;
- You will be developing PowerShell scripts for identity lifecycle automation, reporting, and security auditing, enhancing system efficiency and reducing manual intervention;
- You will be optimizing Active Directory performance, replication, and backup strategies, ensuring long-term stability and resilience;
- You will be assisting in cloud migrations, identity modernization, and Zero Trust implementations, contributing to the organization's digital transformation strategy.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Active Directory administration and security, demonstrating expertise in managing large-scale identity infrastructure;
- 3+ years of experience managing Azure AD and hybrid identity solutions, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud-based identity services;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Strong expertise in Semperis Directory Services Protector and Active Directory Forest Recovery, ensuring effective disaster recovery and security;
- Experience in managing domain controllers, ADFS, or Azure Entra ID, showcasing strong familiarity with modern directory services and federated identity solutions;
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, identity lifecycle management, reporting, and security auditing, enhancing efficiency and scalability;
- Experience with Azure AD Connect, AD Federation Services and authentication protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect, ensuring secure authentication processes;
- Familiarity with Azure AD Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Multi-Factor Authentication policies, strengthening identity security;
- Deep understanding of Active Directory security principles, including Kerberos authentication and NTLM vulnerabilities, ensuring robust security implementations;
- Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management and identity governance solutions, ensuring compliance with access control policies;
- Strong troubleshooting skills in domain controller replication, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Object management, ensuring system stability and efficient access management;
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, risk assessments, and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to security policies and regulations;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex identity-related issues;
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, ensuring effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Salary for work amounting to 80,000 – 90,000 PHP;
