Chez Districom Sales and Marketing, filiale du groupe FMG, nous ne cherchons pas un simple alternant, mais un futur chef de projet marketing opérationnel prêt à piloter des dispositifs concrets pour de grandes marques nationales.

Depuis plus de 40 ans (85 M€ de CA), nous imaginons et déployons des solutions de développement commercial pour les leaders de la grande consommation. Et si vous deveniez acteur.trice de cette aventure ?

Aux côtés de votre tuteur et de l’équipe, vous serez au cœur du pilotage de nos opérations marketing terrain. Concrètement, vous interviendrez sur : - Le paramétrage et le suivi de nos outils (applications, back office) - Le déploiement et l’animation de parcours e-learning - La relation client au quotidien et le suivi des demandes - Le suivi et l’analyse des KPI’s

- L'aide aux recrutements des promoteurs terrain - La gestion administrative et le reporting régulier - La restitution des bilans de performance et vos recommandations

- Étudiant.e Bac+4/5 en école de commerce ou équivalent - Une première expérience en gestion de projet, marketing ou services est un plus - Vous êtes autonome, organisé.e, rigoureux.se et doté.e d’un excellent relationnel - Vous avez surtout envie de contribuer, apprendre et progresser dans un environnement stimulant

Début souhaité à partir de début Novembre
