En tant que Chef de Secteur GMS, vous êtes l'ambassadeur de la marque auprès des enseignes de la grande distribution et contribuez activement à sa croissance sur votre secteur.

Vos missions

En qualité de Chef de secteur, vous êtes l’ambassadeur de notre client auprès des enseignes de la grande distribution et du bricolage.

Sur les départements suivants : 08 / 51 / 10 / 21 / 89 / 77 / 93 / 95 , votre mission est de développer les volumes de ventes des gammes ampoules et luminaires et de renforcer la présence de la marque chez vos interlocuteurs magasins.

Au quotidien, vous êtes en charge :

Visiter régulièrement vos clients et prospects (Leclerc, Leroy Merlin, Mr Bricolage, Bricomarché, Bricorama du secteur).

Développer les ventes : gestion des commandes, mise en avant des promotions, suivi des actions commerciales.

Obtenir des gains de rayons et optimiser la visibilité des produits.

Réaliser et superviser les implantations et le recadrage des rayons.

Analyser vos résultats et mettre en place des plans d’action adaptés pour atteindre vos objectifs.

Identifier les besoins spécifiques des enseignes et proposer des solutions personnalisées.

Assurer la remontée d’informations terrain (concurrence, actions enseignes, opportunités).

Construire et entretenir une relation durable avec vos interlocuteurs en magasin.

Votre profil

Vous êtes :

  • Doté(e) d'un excellent sens de la négociation.
  • Organisé(e), autonome et orienté(e) résultats.
  • Reconnu(e) pour votre relationnel et votre capacité à créer un partenariat durable avec vos clients.

Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie en tant que Chef de Secteur, idéalement dans l'univers des produits Electrique.

Le permis B est indispensable.

Informations complémentaires

  • Type de contrat : CDD 6 mois
  • Prise de poste : Selon les besoins de la mission.

  • Temps de travail : 35 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi.
  • Rémunération : Fixe 2200 + 200 prime variable.
  • Véhicule de fonction.
  • Ordinateur portable et téléphone professionnel.
  • Défraiement professionnel : Prise en charge des frais de repas, de déplacement et des nuitées selon les besoins de la mission.
  • Poste itinérant – Permis B indispensable.
