Votre rôle : aller à la rencontre des consommateurs, leur faire découvrir de nouveaux produits, les conseiller avec bienveillance et contribuer au développement des ventes.

Vos missions

En tant que Conseiller de vente H/F, vous êtes l’ambassadeur(drice) de la campagne et représentez l’univers de produits qui vous est confié.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Accueillir les clients et aller à leur rencontre de manière naturelle et chaleureuse.
  • Présenter et faire découvrir les nouveautés et les différentes gammes de produits.
  • Conseiller les consommateurs et répondre à leurs questions de façon claire et personnalisée.
  • Présenter des produits liés à l’hygiène intime et au bien-être féminin, notamment des protections périodiques et des solutions adaptées aux fuites urinaires.
  • Mettre en avant les caractéristiques et les bénéfices des produits.
  • Distribuer des échantillons ou supports de découverte, selon les opérations.
  • Créer un échange de confiance avec les consommateurs, notamment lorsque les sujets abordés sont plus personnels ou intimes.
  • Développer les ventes grâce à un discours commercial adapté et convaincant.
  • Assurer la bonne visibilité et la mise en valeur des produits sur le point de vente.
  • Réaliser un reporting simple à l’issue de votre intervention.

Votre profil

Vous êtes :

  • Dynamique, souriant(e) et doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel.
  • À l’aise pour aller spontanément à la rencontre des clients.
  • À l’écoute, bienveillant(e) et capable d’instaurer rapidement une relation de confiance.
  • À l’aise avec le conseil et la vente.
  • À l’aise pour aborder avec tact et discrétion des sujets liés à l’hygiène intime et au bien-être.
  • Autonome, ponctuel(le) et rigoureux(se).
  • A l’aise dans un environnement de grande distribution.

Une première expérience en animation commerciale, vente, conseil client ou grande distribution est un plus, mais les débutants motivés sont les bienvenus !
