Districom Sales and Marketing, filiale du groupe FMG Sales and Marketing, accompagne depuis plus de 40 ans les plus grandes marques dans leur développement commercial. Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité pour Sony, nous recherchons un(e) Formateur / Formatrice Produits High-Tech pour transmettre ton expertise aux équipes et faire vivre les innovations de la marque sur le terrain.

Ta mission : faire découvrir, comprendre et aimer les produits Sony

En véritable ambassadeur/drice de la marque, tu interviens auprès de différents publics pour transmettre ton expertise et faire monter les équipes en compétence.

Au quotidien, tu seras amené(e) à :

  • Préparer et animer des formations sur les produits Sony.
  • Former principalement sur les univers Sony Alpha, TV BRAVIA, barres de son et solutions audio.
  • Réaliser des démonstrations produits et mettre les technologies en situation.
  • Transformer les caractéristiques techniques en bénéfices et usages concrets.
  • Adapter ton discours à différents niveaux de connaissance et à des groupes de tailles variées.
  • Répondre aux questions techniques et accompagner les participants dans leur montée en compétence.
  • Créer et faire évoluer tes supports de formation, notamment sur PowerPoint.
  • Participer ponctuellement à des événements, séminaires et lancements produits.
  • Assurer le suivi et le reporting des formations réalisées.

Ton terrain de jeu : l’image, la photo et le son

Tu maîtrises particulièrement l’univers photo :

  • Appareils photo hybrides
  • Objectifs
  • Capteurs
  • Focales
  • Ouverture
  • Vitesse d’obturation
  • Sensibilité ISO

Et tu as une vraie appétence pour les univers TV & Audio :

  • OLED, Mini LED, 4K, HDR, gaming
  • Barres de son et home cinéma
  • Dolby Atmos
  • Connectivité et technologies audio

La connaissance de l’écosystème Sony sera un véritable plus.

Au-delà de tes connaissances techniques, nous recherchons surtout une personne capable de transmettre son expertise avec impact.

Tu es :

  • À l’aise à l’oral et devant un public.
  • Pédagogue, dynamique et capable de vulgariser des sujets techniques.
  • À l’aise pour démontrer, expliquer et faire participer.
  • Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel.
  • Autonome, organisé(e) et capable de gérer tes interventions de A à Z.
  • À l’aise avec PowerPoint et la création de présentations.
  • Flexible sur les horaires et les déplacements.

Une expérience en formation, animation commerciale, démonstration ou vente de produits high-tech est demandée.

Les conditions

-CDD à temps partiel – septembre 2026 à mars 2027. - 3 jours par semaine – environ 24h/semaine. - Île-de-France, avec déplacements réguliers. - Permis B requis. - Rémunération : 2 000 à 2 500 € brut mensuel – 24h/semaine (3 jours), selon profil et expérience.

Les jours et horaires peuvent varier en fonction du planning des formations.

Des déplacements ponctuels en région et quelques découchés sont à prévoir.

Les frais professionnels sont pris en charge selon la politique de l’entreprise.
