Rejoignez Districom Sales & Marketing et contribuez au développement des ventes de grandes marques en magasin. En tant que Promoteur des Ventes, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la qualité d'exécution en point de vente et participez activement à la performance commerciale de nos clients.

Vos missions

En tant que Promoteur des Ventes GMS H/F, vous êtes l'ambassadeur de la marque sur votre secteur.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Développer la visibilité et la présence des produits en magasin.
  • Mettre en œuvre les accords commerciaux négociés avec les enseignes.
  • Réaliser les implantations, réimplantations et recadrages des linéaires.
  • Installer les opérations promotionnelles, les mises en avant et la PLV.
  • Optimiser la disponibilité des produits en rayon.
  • Développer les parts de linéaire et valoriser les innovations.
  • Entretenir une relation de qualité avec les équipes en magasin.
  • Assurer un reporting quotidien de votre activité.

Votre profil

Vous êtes :

  • Passionné(e) par la grande distribution et le commerce.
  • Organisé(e), autonome et rigoureux(se).
  • Réactif(ve) et doté(e) d'un excellent sens de l'organisation.
  • À l'aise dans la relation avec les équipes magasin.

Une première expérience en GMS est appréciée, notamment en tant que :

  • Promoteur des ventes.
  • Merchandiseur.
  • Chef de rayon.
  • Employé commercial.
  • Gestionnaire de rayon.

Une expérience dans l'univers Hygiène & Beauté, Épicerie, Boissons ou Frais constitue un véritable atout. Le permis B est indispensable.

Informations complémentaires

· Type de contrat : CDD

· Secteur : Créteil et alentours

· Temps de travail : 35 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi.

· Rémunération fixe : À partir de 1 867,02 € brut par mois.

· Primes : Incentives et primes selon les objectifs de la mission.

· Véhicule de service mis à disposition pour les déplacements professionnels.

· Panier repas : Indemnité repas selon les modalités de la mission.

· Défraiement professionnel : Prise en charge des frais de déplacement et des nuitées lorsque la mission le nécessite.

· Couverture prévoyance.

· Poste itinérant – Permis B indispensable.
