Vos missions

En tant que Promoteur des Ventes Merchandiseur, vous êtes l'ambassadeur de la marque sur l'ensemble de votre secteur DPH.

Univers DPH / Hygiène-Beauté (rayon Mass)

  • Réaliser les chantiers, réimplantations et recadrages selon le plan (Centrale / Recommandé)
  • Défendre et développer les parts de linéaire et saisir les opportunités de gains de facings
  • Intégrer les nouveautés et rénovations sur votre parc
  • Poser les objets merch en rayon et hors rayon, monter les TG et mises en avant
  • Assurer le réassort et la lutte anti-rupture
  • Garantir le rangement du rayon et la qualité du facing
  • Assurer le renfort Solaire en saison
  • Assurer la vente des TOP Références sur un parc Drive

Missions transverses

  • Assurer une visibilité optimale des marques et des innovations sur les deux univers (Hygiène Beauté & Maquillage)
  • Mettre en place les opérations nationales en magasin (théâtralisation Beauté, têtes de gondole, etc.)
  • Installer et maintenir la PLV en linéaire
  • Assurer un reporting quotidien précis de votre activité

Profil recherché

  • Formation minimum Bac
  • Première expérience réussie en grande distribution, idéalement en tant que : Chef de rayon Gestionnaire Promoteur des ventes Expert merchandiseur
  • Une expérience dans l'univers Hygiène & Beauté, Épicerie, Boissons ou Frais constitue un véritable atout.
  • Maîtrise des implantations en point de vente, y compris sur des catégories complexes
  • Bonne connaissance des exigences et des process de la grande distribution

  • Dynamisme et réactivité
  • Rigueur et sens de l'organisation, y compris sur les inventaires
  • Autonomie sur le terrain et capacité à gérer deux univers en parallèle
  • Esprit d'analyse et souci du détail

Informations complémentaires

· Type de contrat : CDI

· Secteur : Toulouse

· Quand ? à pouvoir rapidement

· Temps de travail : 35 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi

· Rémunération fixe : À partir de 1 950 € brut par mois.

· Primes : Incentives et primes selon les objectifs de la mission.

· Véhicule de service mis à disposition pour les déplacements professionnels.

· Panier repas : Indemnité repas selon les modalités de la mission.

· Défraiement professionnel : Prise en charge des frais de déplacement et des nuitées lorsque la mission le nécessite.

· Couverture prévoyance.

· Poste itinérant – Permis B indispensable.
