Filiale du Groupe FMG Sales and Marketing et leader en France dans le secteur du marketing opérationnel (85 M d'€ de CA), nous recherchons pour renforcer nos équipes, un Chef(fe) de projet Marketing opérationnel - Département PLV pour s’occuper d’un portefeuille de clients grand compte.

Votre mission : coordonner, piloter et optimiser les opérations terrain.

En tant que Chef de projet Marketing Opérationnel, vous êtes le maillon essentiel entre nos clients et nos équipes terrain. Vous assurez le bon déploiement des dispositifs commerciaux et veillez à leur efficacité

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Organiser, coordonner et superviser les opérations terrain en lien avec nos clients.
  • Assurer le paramétrage et l'optimisation de nos outils digitaux (application, compte rendu etc).
  • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI) afin de proposer des axes d'amélioration.
  • Garantir un reporting rigoureux et la restitution des bilans de performance
  • Coordonner les actions correctives avec les clients grands comptes, les prestataires logistiques et les équipes internes
  • Assurer une communication fluide et efficace avec toutes les parties prenantes.

Votre profil : organisation, réactivité et esprit d'équipe

Vous aimez piloter des projets et travailler en mode agile ? Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et avez un excellent sens de l'organisation ?

Les compétences clés pour réussir :

  • Une première expérience en gestion de projet, idéalement en marketing opérationnel ou en gestion de campagnes terrain
  • Maîtrise des outils CRM
  • Capacité à analyser des données et à proposer des actions correctives
  • Excellent relationnel et aisance dans la communication avec des interlocuteurs variés
  • Réactivité, proactivité et forte capacité d'adaptation
