Avec plus de 20 ans d'expérience et 85 millions d'euros de chiffre d'affaires, nous sommes spécialisés dans le développement des ventes et la valorisation des marques de nos clients.

Nous recherchons un Chef de secteur dans la zone Rhône-Alpes pour notre client spécialisé dans le jouet.

Vos principales missions : - Prendre des commandes en direct : être un véritable ambassadeur des marques auprès des magasins, négocier les volumes et maximiser les rotations produits.

- Optimiser la visibilité et la présence des produits en magasin : garantir le bon référencement des gammes, développer la disponibilité en rayon et maximiser la part de linéaire.

- Assurer un merchandising impactant : veiller à la mise en avant des produits selon les guidelines, implanter les nouveautés et assurer une présence optimale en rayon.

- Déployer les opérations promotionnelles : garantir le respect des accords négociés, assurer la bonne mise en place des animations et valoriser les actions commerciales.

- Analyser et suivre la performance : remonter les informations du terrain via un reporting précis, suivre les indicateurs clés et proposer des plans d'action pour optimiser les ventes.

- Construire une relation de confiance avec les points de vente : conseiller et accompagner les responsables de magasin pour renforcer le partenariat et assurer une collaboration durable.

Votre profil : autonomie, rigueur et fibre commerciale

Compétences requises : -De formation Bac ou Bac +2, vous avez une première expérience en tant que commercial(e), idéalement auprès de la grande distribution (GMS) - La connaissance de la vente en directe est un vrai plus -Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e). -Vous avez une forte orientation résultats et une réelle envie de performer. -Vous avez un excellent relationnel et aimez négocier. - Idéalement, vous êtes à l'aise sur excel
