Eat Happy ist ein junges Unternehmen, das 2013 gegründet wurde. Seitdem sind wir rasant gewachsen und haben zahlreiche Filialen in vielen Regionen Deutschlands eröffnet. Unsere Filialen findest du in zahlreichen Supermärkten wie REWE, EDEKA, HIT, Tegut und Marktkauf.

Bei Eat Happy legen wir größten Wert auf kompromisslose Frische bei den Zutaten und Gerichten. Deshalb bieten wir liebevoll handgemachtes Sushi und viele andere asiatische Spezialitäten an. Diese werden direkt vor deinen Augen in den Filialen und Supermärkten in ganz Deutschland zubereitet.

Für unsere Verwaltung am Standort Köln suchen wir einen Praktikanten OPS Development (m/w/d). Im Rahmen deines Praktikums erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die Produktions- und Forecastplanung, unterstützt bei operativen Prozessen und wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Abläufe mit.

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

  • Produktions- & Forecastplanung: Du unterstützt bei der Planung unserer Sushi-Produktion und arbeitest mit unseren Planungs- und Forecast-Tools.
  • Shop-to-Chiller: Du unterstützt im operativen Tagesgeschäft, wertest Produktions-, Umsatz- und Logistikdaten aus und übernimmst die Pflege relevanter Stammdaten.
  • Frischwareneinkauf: Du unterstützt den operativen Rollout neuer Prozesse im Frischwareneinkauf und begleitest die Umsetzung in unseren Regionen.
  • Projekte & Ad-hoc-Aufgaben: Du übernimmst eigene kleinere Projekte und unterstützt das Operations-Team bei aktuellen operativen und analytischen Fragestellungen.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Du befindest dich aktuell im Studium oder hast dieses bereits abgeschlossen – idealerweise in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbar.
  • Du hast Interesse an operativen Aufgaben, Planung, Datenanalyse und der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen.
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Zahlen und verfügst über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert und bringst dich gerne aktiv in neue Themen ein.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, arbeitest gerne im Team und hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
