Du denkst Technik nicht nur operativ, sondern als Hebel für Wachstum und Innovation? Bei uns bringst du als (Senior) Technical Manager (m/w/d) Projekte auf die Strecke, die direkten Einfluss auf die Weiterentwicklung unserer Food-Konzepte und Standorte haben.

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Instandhaltungs- und Wartungskonzepte mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Verfügbarkeit und technische Standards
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung technischer Optimierungs- und Weiterentwicklungsprojekte
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Bearbeitung von Störungsfällen sowie Erstellung relevanter Auswertungen und Dashboards
  • Sicherstellung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts und Unterstützung bei technischen Herausforderungen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Einarbeitung von Teammitgliedern sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Steuerung von Wartungen, Prüfungen und Serviceleistungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Prozess-, Budget- und Investitionsentscheidungen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Kälte-, Klima-, Versorgungs-, Gebäude- oder Facility Management bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung, im technischen Facility Management oder im Betrieb technischer Anlagen
  • Praxiskenntnisse in der Kälte- und Klimatechnik sowie ein gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge und Betriebsabläufe
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung technischer Projekte und Freude daran, Themen eigenverantwortlich voranzutreiben
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung und die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen pragmatische Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams und Ansprechpartner:innen
