Als Strategy & Governance Associate (m/w/d) gestaltest du zentrale Governance- und Steuerungsformate unserer Unternehmensgruppe und wirkst aktiv an strategischen Themen mit. Du bereitest entscheidungsrelevante Inhalte für Executive-, Board- und Shareholder-Meetings auf, entwickelst Formate weiter und sorgst dafür, dass aus Entscheidungen konkrete Maßnahmen werden.

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

  • Steuerung der Vor- und Nachbereitung zentraler Governance-Formate, von Executive Meetings über Board- und Shareholder-Termine bis hin zu Leadership Workshops
  • Entwicklung von Agenden und Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie Koordination der Beiträge verschiedener Stakeholder
  • Erstellung zielgruppengerechter Unterlagen für CEO, Executive Team, Board und Shareholder
  • Übersetzung komplexer Themen in verständliche Botschaften, klare Entscheidungsoptionen und konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Sicherstellung der konsequenten Nachverfolgung von Entscheidungen und vereinbarten Maßnahmen
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung für Ad-hoc-Analysen, Management-Anfragen und eigene Arbeitspakete innerhalb strategischer Projekte
  • Weiterentwicklung von Governance-Prozessen sowie gruppenweiten Formaten der Strategiekommunikation, beispielsweise All-Hands-Meetings und weiteren Dialogformaten
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Gruppenstrategie sowie Unterstützung beim Tracking und Reporting des Value Creation Plans

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung von zwei bis vier Jahren, idealerweise in einer Managementberatung, einem CEO Office, Corporate Strategy oder einer vergleichbaren strategischen Schnittstellenfunktion
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Themen und in der Vorbereitung von Managemententscheidungen
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert zu analysieren und verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Eigenverantwortliche, vorausschauende und strukturierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit einem souveränen Auftreten
  • Geschick im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern sowie die Fähigkeit, Zusammenarbeit auch ohne direkte Weisungsbefugnis erfolgreich zu gestalten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PowerPoint und Excel sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
