Bei uns begleitest du den Recruiting-Prozess von A bis Z und arbeitest eng mit unseren Führungskräften zusammen. Dabei bringst du deine Ideen ein, denkst Recruiting neu und sorgst für eine positive Candidate Experience.

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess von der Bedarfsanalyse über die Stellenausschreibung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Hiring Managern zur Definition von Anforderungsprofilen und Auswahlkriterien
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung effektiver Recruiting-Strategien zur Besetzung von Fach- und Führungskräften
  • Aktive Suche und Ansprache von potenziellen Kandidat:innen über verschiedene Recruiting-Kanäle (Social Media, Netzwerke, Jobbörsen, Personaldienstleister)
  • Durchführung von Bewertungsprozessen, um die besten Talente zu identifizieren
  • Analyse und Reporting von Recruiting-Kennzahlen (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, etc.) sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Recruiting, vorzugsweise in einem schnelllebigen und wachstumsorientierten Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Direktansprache von Kandidaten
  • Erfahrung mit Recruiting-Tools, Bewerbermanagementsystemen und Social-Media-Recruiting
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie eine offene und wertschätzende Kommunikation
  • Strukturierte, organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Lust, gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen
