Du willst Abschlüsse nicht nur sauber liefern, sondern Prozesse wirklich besser machen und dein Team dahin entwickeln? Bei uns steuerst du die Accounting-Welt mehrerer Gesellschaften – mit direktem Einfluss auf Qualität, Struktur und Zusammenarbeit im Finance.

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

  • Erstellung und Verantwortung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mehrerer Gesellschaften
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von ca. 4 Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für die Qualität und Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Hauptbuchhaltung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen sowie internen Kontrollen
  • Übernahme und Steuerung von Sonderthemen und Projekten im Finance-Bereich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling zur Sicherstellung effizienter Schnittstellen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder Weiterbildung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Freude an deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs- oder Steuerberatungsgesellschaft
  • Sehr gute HGB-Kenntnisse und IFRS-Kenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hands-on-Mentalität kombiniert mit einer strukturierten und analytischen Arbeitsweise
