Als Value Creation & Strategy Manager verantwortest du unseren gruppenweiten Value Creation Plan und gestaltest die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensgruppe aktiv mit. Gemeinsam mit Management, Finance und den Business Ownern entwickelst du Initiativen weiter, stellst deren konsequente Umsetzung sicher und machst Fortschritte, Wertbeiträge und Handlungsbedarfe transparent.

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

  • Steuerung des Value Creation Plans über den gesamten Prozess hinweg: von der Planung und Weiterentwicklung der Initiativen bis zum laufenden Tracking und Reporting
  • Entwicklung von Zielen, Maßnahmen, Meilensteinen und Verantwortlichkeiten gemeinsam mit Business Ownern und Finance. Gleichzeitig schaffst du Klarheit und Verbindlichkeit in der Umsetzung
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Business Cases, Werttreibern und Ergebnisbeiträgen sowie Aufbau relevanter KPIs und einer konsistenten Berechnungslogik
  • Früherkennung von Abweichungen, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten sowie Abstimmung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen mit den jeweiligen Verantwortlichen
  • Vorbereitung und Steuerung von Performance Reviews sowie Erstellung aussagekräftiger Entscheidungsgrundlagen für C-Level, Board und Shareholder
  • Vorantreiben strategischer Projekte und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Methoden und Tools im Bereich Strategy & Value Creation

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Private-Equity-Umfeld, in einem Private-Equity-geführten Unternehmen oder in einer führenden Managementberatung
  • Praxiserfahrung mit Value Creation Plans, Transformationsprogrammen, Performance-Improvement-Initiativen oder vergleichbaren strategischen Programmen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für Business Cases, Werttreiber sowie GuV-, Cashflow- und EBITDA-Effekte und die Fähigkeit, daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
  • Analytische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Business Owner konstruktiv herauszufordern und unterschiedliche Stakeholder erfolgreich mitzunehmen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
