En Coforge estamos buscando Senior QA Engineer (#20790-6-1) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar y ejecutar escenarios de prueba End-to-End.
  • Entender el objetivo de negocio detrás de cada desarrollo para traducirlo en escenarios y casos de prueba relevantes.
  • Validar el flujo completo de información entre sistemas, desde la generación/configuración de la información hasta su uso final.
  • Identificar posibles impactos aguas abajo derivados de cambios en estructuras de datos, integraciones, configuraciones o reglas de negocio.
  • Validar no solo el correcto funcionamiento técnico, sino también la coherencia comercial y funcional del resultado.
  • Diseñar casos de prueba considerando escenarios principales, excepciones, combinaciones y posibles efectos no previstos.
  • Trabajar de manera cercana con Product Owners, Planeamiento Digital y equipos técnicos para entender los cambios implementados y sus dependencias.
  • Documentar evidencias, hallazgos, incidencias y resultados de las pruebas E2E.
  • Facilitar el diagnóstico de incidencias, ayudando a identificar en qué punto del flujo o integración podría encontrarse el problema.
  • Contribuir progresivamente a construir una metodología y biblioteca de escenarios de regresión E2E, permitiendo reutilizar pruebas críticas en futuros desarrollos.
  • Apoyar en la definición de criterios de aceptación y condiciones mínimas necesarias para recomendar que una iniciativa se encuentre lista para el despliegue.

Requisitos indispensables

Profesionales de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software o carreras afines.

+5 años de experiencia como QA Engineer

  • Experiencia realizando pruebas funcionales, integrales, UAT, QA funcional o validaciones E2E.
  • Capacidad para comprender flujos entre sistemas, integraciones y dependencias.
  • Entendimiento conceptual de APIs, servicios, bases/estructuras de datos, interfaces e integraciones.
  • Experiencia construyendo escenarios de prueba a partir de requerimientos funcionales y objetivos de negocio.
  • Muy deseable experiencia trabajando en productos digitales, ecommerce, plataformas comerciales o ecosistemas con múltiples sistemas integrados.
  • Alta orientación al detalle y capacidad para cuestionar, identificar escenarios o impactos no evidentes, anticipar riesgos.
  • Capacidad para entender reglas comerciales, dependencias y evaluar si el comportamiento final del sistema es coherente con ellas.
