About the role: We are looking for experienced technical program management professionals to join our STRM-Security Threat and Response Management team who is responsible for identifying and implementing new tools and capabilities to secure our assets.

The Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) is responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional technical programs that deliver critical business outcomes. This role drives end‑to‑end execution across multiple engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, disciplined delivery, and measurable impact.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, seasoned program leadership, and the ability to influence at all levels. They translate ambiguous business objectives into clear execution plans, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery across large‑scale initiatives.

Responsibilities: • Lead and successfully deliver multiple concurrent, complex, and cross functional technical programs from concept through launch, ensuring alignment to business and security objectives • Act as a strategic partner to Engineering, Product, Security, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to drive shared outcomes • Own end to end program planning and execution, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments • Define and track clear milestones, success metrics, and program health indicators to ensure predictable delivery • Drive execution rigor by managing dependencies, facilitating deep technical discussions, aligning on architecture decisions, and navigating engineering trade offs • Proactively identify execution risks, surface trade offs, and drive timely risk mitigation and decision making • Provide clear, concise, executive level status updates, metrics, and data driven recommendations to leadership • Establish and continuously improve program governance, delivery processes, and operational excellence best practices • Serve as a strong voice for the team—leading demos, acceptance discussions, and representing the program with confidence across forums as needed • Mentor and guide junior TPMs and less experienced team members, fostering growth, accountability, and high standards of execution

All About You: • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments • Exceptional stakeholder communication and influencing skills • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery in complex, multi‑team environments. • Proven ability to break down ambiguous problems, plan and execute work through Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban), and consistently deliver high impact technical programs. • Comfortable diving deep into technical details to inform trade offs, manage risk, and build credibility with engineering teams. • Demonstrates data driven decision making and leads continuous improvement across teams and programs. • Effectively partners with business leaders, architects, engineers, and designers to shape delivery strategy and execution plans. • Builds strong relationships and influences without authority, earning trust and respect across dependent teams. • Exhibits strong technical writing, documentation, and knowledge transfer skills, enabling teams beyond immediate scope to operate independently. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
