Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our Cedar Hill clinic.

No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification!

- Predictable Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. Enjoy consistent hours, a stable routine, no nights, and your weekends free! (Occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).

- BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in a clinical environment designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D.

What You’ll Do

- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and develop functional communication.

- Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.

- Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

- Career-Changers Welcome: Great fit for candidates transitioning from daycare, preschools, special education support, caregiving, DSP/CNA roles, retail, customer service, hospitality, warehouse operations, or recent grads!

- Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, GED, or higher.

- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Cedar Hill clinic.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure strict clinic safety protocols.
