Galliant is urgently hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our Carrollton clinic.

No prior ABA or healthcare experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification!

- Consistent Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. Enjoy consistent hours, no nights, no fluctuating shift gaps, and zero weekend shifts! (Occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).

- BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in an energizing clinic culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D.

What You’ll Do

- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual therapy plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and develop functional communication.

- Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity-affirming care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in an energetic clinic environment.

- Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

- Diverse Backgrounds Welcome: Great fit for career-changers transitioning out of daycare, preschools, special education support, caregiving, CNA/DSP roles, retail, customer service, hospitality, or recent grads!

- Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, GED, or higher.

- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily travel to and from the Carrollton clinic.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure strict clinic safety protocols.
