We are urgently hiring high-energy, compassionate team members for our Amarillo clinic to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

No prior ABA experience? We cover 100% of your paid 40-hour RBT training and national exam sponsorship within your first 8 weeks!

- Consistent Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—enjoy predictable scheduling, a single clinic home, and your weekends free (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).

- BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside experienced, accessible BCBAs in an energizing clinical environment owned and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D.

- Supervision & Career Growth: Easily secure BACB supervision hours for those pursuing BCBA or BCaBA credentials.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Execute individualized behavioral plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and improve functional communication.

- Provide Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and active engagement in a fun, clinic-based setting.

- Digital Data Collection: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

- Education & Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.

- Diverse Backgrounds Welcome: Experience in childcare, preschools, caregiving, home health, CNA/DSP roles, retail, customer service, or special education support is a plus, but not required!

- Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Amarillo clinic.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain strict safety protocols.
