- Uncertified / Entry-Level: $17.00 – $18.50 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

We are urgently hiring team members from all backgrounds to join our Ennis clinic providing 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

No prior ABA certification? We cover 100% of your paid 40-hour RBT training and national exam costs within your first 8 weeks!

What You’ll Do

- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Deliver compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes client preferences while supporting neurodiversity acceptance.

- Implement Individualized Plans: Run target procedures designed to help children build functional communication, daily living skills, and social connections.

- Track Session Data: Use a company tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

- Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!

- Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a team-focused setting.

- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation to the Ennis clinic daily.

- Physical Ability: Agile and energetic! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain safety protocols.
