IRC Hellas is implementing the EU-funded‑ educational project “Kids4EU – Democracy Starts Here: Kids Uniting for a Brighter EU Future”, a two-‑year initiative running from February 2026 to January 2028. The project promotes civic education and EU values, such as democracy, equality, and human rights, among children and adolescents aged 6 to 18. Through creative and participatory methodologies, the project will be delivered in Athens and selected remote areas of Greece. Activities will include storytelling workshops, interactive exhibitions, and arts-based‑ learning initiatives conducted in schools, cultural spaces, and public venues. The project aims to strengthen civic literacy, encourage dialogue between children and policymakers, and ensure that young voices actively contribute to shaping Europe’s democratic future.
This position has an end date of January, 31, 2028.
Background
IRC Hellas is seeking two (2) Consultants to support the design and facilitation of selected educational and creative activities under the project. The Consultants will primarily contribute to the development and delivery of participatory educational methodologies, creative workshops, arts-based activities, and storytelling sessions, while IRC Hellas will lead overall project coordination, participant recruitment, liaison with schools and municipalities, event organization, reporting, and collection of project documentation.

Documentation and Safeguarding
Compensation: (EUR 765 - EUR 882 per month). Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements
