Le mécanisme RRM Niger, financé par la DG ECHO, vise à fournir une réponse rapide, flexible et coordonnée aux populations nouvellement déplacées ou affectées par des chocs soudains. Le consortium RRM regroupe plusieurs ONG internationales et nationales, appuyées par une cellule de coordination chargée de : (i) harmoniser les approches, (ii) assurer une gestion contractuelle cohérente, (iii) faciliter le suivi des performances, (iv) garantir la conformité technique, administrative et financière aux exigences ECHO, (v) renforcer les capacités des partenaires nationaux. Dans ce cadre, le/la Manager Grants & Partenariats - RRM joue un rôle clé pour : (i) soutenir la gestion des relations contractuelles avec les ONG membres du consortium, (ii) centraliser et consolider les rapports, (iii) coordonner la relation bailleur.
Le/la Grants & Partenariats Manager est responsable de tous les aspects grants et partenariats du Consortium RRM ECHO, incluant : (i) la gestion du cycle contractuel, (ii) la consolidation des rapports narratifs et financiers, (iii) la conformité aux exigences ECHO, (iv) la coordination du suivi des partenaires, (v) l’animation du cadre de partenariat, (v) l’appui au développement de propositions et d’amendements, (vii) la gestion documentaire. Il/elle travaille étroitement avec :
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :
A. Gestion des subventions (Grants Management)
B. Coordination du partenariat au sein du Consortium RRM
C. Suivi, reporting et consolidation
D. Coordination inter-agences et communication bailleur
E. Appui stratégique
Assurer la cohérence entre les documents stratégiques du consortium et la vision RRM nationale.
