Join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Little Rock, AR!

At Gorman & Company, we're committed to making a difference by creating quality, affordable housing and stronger communities. We're hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cumberland Towers, a 178-unit affordable housing community in Little Rock, AR. The property participates in affordable housing programs including LIHTC, RAD PBRA, and NSP. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes residents and prospects into our community, helping set the tone for a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

What You'll Do:

  • Build positive relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and co-workers and sign them in.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls while providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and post resident communications, including newsletters, lease notices, delinquency notices, and community updates.
  • Organize, file, and maintain resident and property records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Follow up with current and prospective residents and assist with rent collection processes.
  • Conduct community tours and showcase the property in a professional, engaging manner.
  • Assist with marketing efforts by creating and placing advertisements that align with company branding standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One or more years of customer service, leasing, or administrative assistant experience.
  • Ability to work a Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of people professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft software.
