As a Package Consultant: ServiceNow, this role delivers advisory and implementation services across all ServiceNow capabilities, partnering with clients to translate business and operational needs into effective solutions. This position focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing workflows, with an emphasis on solution delivery and collaboration between business and technical teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Solution Design: designing and configuring workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs.

• Implementation Leadership: leading implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery.

• Post-Go-Live Support: supporting post-go-live enhancements and upgrades of medium to high complexity, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.

• Process Improvement: helping organizations maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment through best-practice process improvement and platform configuration.

• ServiceNow Configuration: Exposure to designing, configuring, and optimizing workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs.

• Implementation Delivery: Experience with leading implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Technical Integration: Exposure to integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools, using out-of-the-box capabilities to support business and operational needs.
