Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator | Onsite - Noida, India | CET Working Hours

Location: Onsite - Noida, India

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CET

We're looking for an LMS Administrator to own the day-to-day operation of our learning management platform, supporting both internal teams and client programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable being the go-to person for everything from system configuration to learner troubleshooting to reporting.

Please note: This role requires working hours that align with non-India business hours, so please confirm you're able to accommodate that schedule.

What you'll do:

• Configure and maintain the LMS to match organizational or client requirements, including user permissions, course structures, and reporting tools.
• Manage the full user lifecycle: account creation, role assignment, enrollments, and access troubleshooting.
• Build and organize course content, e-learning modules, and assessments, and set up completion criteria, due dates, and notifications.
• Generate and customize reports on learner progress, completion rates, assessment scores, and compliance, and share them with stakeholders on a regular cadence.
• Serve as the first point of contact for LMS support, and create user guides and training resources to drive adoption.

What you bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with Absorb, SuccessFactors, 360Learning, Cornerstone (CSOD), or a comparable LMS.
• Comfort coordinating across stakeholders and solving problems independently when systems or processes break down.
• Solid analytical skills, particularly around building and interpreting reporting and dashboards.
• Experience managing SCORM, AICC, or xAPI content is a plus.
