Group/Division
The KLA Services team consists of Service Sales, Marketing, Spares Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, Digital Solutions and Analytics, and Technical Product Support. Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets – with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
- Observe and execute the service business processes and procedures
- Reduce the billable collection cycle time
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end quotation process for spare parts and service contracts, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with regional business objectives.
- Govern contract lifecycle management, including timely CRM booking upon receipt of customer Purchase Orders (POs) and ensuring robust internal tracking and compliance.
- Act as an escalation point for customer issues and disputes, driving resolution through cross-functional coordination while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ensure data governance and system integrity across customer, contract, and transactional databases to support operational excellence and reporting accuracy.
- Oversee billing operations, including invoice and credit note generation, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and financial controls.
- Lead operational support functions, ensuring efficiency, standardization, and continuous process improvement.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimization, automation, and enhanced customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant work experience.
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong analytical skills, Process-oriented .
- Excellent communication skills, interfacing and convincing on all levels.
- Pro-active.
- MS Office advanced.
- Strong knowledge of SAP system (or similar ERP system).
- Fluent in English & Chinese [both oral and written].
